Beloved clothing line Ace & Jig is currently shipping its spring/summer 2018 collection. It does not disappoint with new, colorful takes on the brand’s trademark yarn-dye textiles.
All of the textiles and garments are designed in-house and crafted in India specifically for this Brooklyn- and Portland-based brand. Each season customers go mad choosing which pieces they’ll add to their collection—and yes Ace & Jig is collected as seriously as any designer clothing. It’s a rare contemporary brand that holds its resale value at least as much as brands like Gucci or Louis Vuitton.
It’s a testament to the care and attention founders Jenna Wilson and Cary Vaughan put into their creations. They visit their Indian factories regularly and have a very hands-on approach with designing both the textiles and garments. Ace & Jig S/S 2018
I’ve collected here some of my favorite looks from the spring/summer 2018 lookbook—I love the way they always style their collections with copious layering and pattern mixing.
